You don't need it. You only need it if your engine is highly modified...not the little intake/header/exhaust combo's.

The AEM is the bomb! But you really don't need it unless you are doing serious work to your car. My buddy has an Integra that has a B18C with some pretty extensive beef ups. Plus he has the Jackson supercharger on it. We had to add new injectors and fuel pump.

Now with the AEM ECM we only needed it, nothing else and no add on management devices at all. We took it to a dyno and dialed it in. You can adjust for everything. New injectors, fuel curve, ignition timing, redline, so if you are going for some mods like turbo or supercharger and want to eliminate the add ons this is the ticket.

Otherwise, for the simple bolt ons, it is a waste. Other than the data logging and display, you are not going to see much of an improvement other than reseting the rev limiter and such.

You really don't need it. Get something else instead of that.

youve been watching that movie too much. if that torretto guy wasnt such a lamer he would have brought out the blown charger in the start of the movie and dominated all the cars there (even though he did anyway, he could have at least done it with a lot of style). he basically said "oh i dont drive this car cause id rather rock a jap mobile like everyone else"

funny thing is, the race at the end, he blew some part of the exhaust manifold (i think, dont remember didnt see that well) and still the other guy only tied him after squirting twice.
