Turning signal bulbs????

Does anyone know where i can get some amber turning signal bulbs or if they even make them. thanks for any help To remove this ad, register today for free or log in if already registered!

They do make them. You should be able to get them at any auto store. The bulb number is 7443 I believe

one bulb in the rear is a 7443 the other is a 7440. The only difference between the bulbs is one is single filament the other double filament. I believe either will work. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG]

Yep, i put amber in mine after I cleared the headlights. Got them at PepBoys.

is it illegal to have cleared headlights and turn signals another color other than amber?

Do a search because i just saw a thread for this an hour ago but only white and amber are ok and white is illegal in some states such as NY so i wouldn't test it and just get an amber bulb.

laws will differ from state/provice to state/provice. So the best thing is to check your state/provincial laws. Don't rely on members of this site because what might be legal in their state/province, could be illegal in your state/provice.

LOL yeah I still have the Xtreme 7443 signals in my ride and never had an issue even on my last ride but yeah depends on your state on if they allow white signals.

But yeah it has been asked a few times
