what's this part called and where can i get it?

Someone ripped the panel off the side off my window and basically stole everything out of my car.. I want to replace that piece but I'm having no such luck finding it online.

any help would be great. i don't know how to explain it other than saying its the driver window. the vertical panel on the right of the window if you were looking at the drivers side.

I need the piece for a honda civic lx 2001

Can you post a picture of what you're asking about? Might make it easier to identify for you.

the panel next to the window. is it a pillar cover? all i can find are chrome covers and I want black. :[
