Hey Guys,

I need a 2005 Civic Sedan hood in Nighthawk black Pearl B-92P. I need a OEM Hood, but even if it's after market I don't mind as long as it will match the paint exactly.

Now if I searched on Ebay, All I find is Carbon Fiber Hoods, and Primed ones and I want non of those. Im looking for someone whose 04-05 Civic was Totaled either from the back or the sides and may have the hood in perfect shape.

Or can u guys suggest any good trusted sites to find the Hood?

Reason I need a new Hood: Back in April of this yr I was in an Accident which only messed up my hood and everything else was fine, so far the denter has pulled it out but u can easily see it's been an accident.

I went to macco and they gave me estimate of almost $500 for a new painted Hood. I think this is waaay too much for a aftermarket painted OEM style Hood. Plus they Said they will have to paint the Fenders to match it, which I think is Ridiculous!

painting areas around the hood, or any body work area, is common.. 'blending' since paint fades, it allows for less noticable difference in color change

Repainting the fenders is not ridiculous. There are about 6 or 7 different variations of the nighthawk black pearl paint (because of the blue flake). They range from almost completely black, all the way to nearly all blue. I have an OEM hood from my '04 black civic. It will fit your '05. $200 + shipping. Let me know if you want it.
