What do you want to do. Are you into looks more than power or power more than looks. Personally I want more looks first so I went with my rims, lights, springs, and all te stuff that makes the car stand out. Now i am working on the power sucj as the exhaust, intake, header for my Lx. Your rims are most likely going to be the most expensive, so I would get that so it is done with.
when you lower your car the wheels take a negative degree ( kinda like when you hit a bump except all the time ) it makes your tires look like this / \ especially in the back and a camber kit just lets you adjust this so it doesnt wear out your tires too quickly
I'd go for rims... They make a BIG statement in changing the appearance of your car. Besides, most bolt ons are rather expensive compared to the amount of actual performance increase that they give you...
Then again, I don't have rims, cause I like the covers on my stock 15's and 'cause I'm not in any big hurry to show off those rear drums... I DID get a magnaflow exhaust, DC Sports front and rear strut bars, and altezzas though... and I like ALL of those things...and all together, I prolly spent less on all that than many folks do just on rims and tires alone...so who knows! It's all just personal preference anyways! The only reason I didn't do rims first is because they really do draw you in to spending alot more money. First, you wanna get the car lowered and then you need a camber kit and then your suspension needs to be beefed up a little so you need sway/strut bars and maybe new shocks...then you have a really slick looking car, but the performance doesn't match the looks, so now you need the I/H/E...ugh...the slippery slope of moding continues...
then hey...by the time you're done with all that, maybe someone will have a turbo kit out!
