While the forums were down I ordered some of these and they should be in next week or so. I have heard I can install them myself, and I have heard I should take them to a shop. However a shop will charge me like 80-130, thats the best I've gotten around here, I know I'd need a spring compressor and an array of hand tools but can I perform the install myself, or with the assistance of a few friends?? Let me know I'm hoping I can do a self install.

I have the same springs on my car. If you have a idea what your doing you should be able to do it.
The backs really easy, the front is a little harder but with the help of some friends it should be no problem.
I still have my stock shocks. I think the ride is great but then again my last vehicle was a 2000 S-10 with airbags so anything
rides good compared to that but I do love the way it handles in the curves when I have my 17's on. It handles a lot better than
it did with factory springs and the ride is a little stiffer. Mine came with instruction but that doesn't mean yours will. I think there might
be a DIY on it but I'm not sure.
The progress springs are pretty cheap though. I wonder how quality these springs are? Im thinking about those or Eibachs. Lowering my car is the next thing Im gonna do.
