Invidia Exhaust Cat-back system

rating an invidia Exhaust Cat-back system for my 2005 EX SE

FIT 3= fits ok a little rattle when car has an under body wash then it goes away. also rubs depending on the incline at which i make making a turn.(big inclines) Could probably use some adjustments in the middle section. (any ideas let me know)

Power 4=very noticeable nice mid range boost

Loudness 45= semi Loud, could wakes the neighbors when you get on it but when not pressing gas on idling its not that loud.

After the name is the material: SS= Stainless Steel

I like it good exhaust still would wouldnt mind sumthin that has a lil less sound and hang higher so i wount have that rattle every once and a while

-Fit= between 4-5 it touches heatchield in one spot/not a big deal

-Power=3 some gains/car feels more drivable!!!

-Loudness=5 w/o silencer has excellent tone while crusin not a rice can

-Material is Stainless steel

-Best part is 300$ shipped to my door and it fit like a glove....i read way to much about people spending 500 and up and getting an exhaust that hits your bumper/that's BS!!!!
I'd recommend this exhaust though...it's drift spec , I know i don't have a drift car but it's different in a world of civic's. The muffler is slightly tipped up and angled . I will try to get pics soon and post them. P.S. there is a 12 month warranty!!!!!

i have the same exhaust, but mine touches the exhaust cutout of my body kit and is melting it, i need to cut taht out more when i get around to it, right now im in progress of painting interior red and engien bay red and headlight trim black

my APEXi N1

Here is a pic of my APEXi N1:

Fit - 5 - Went in like a champ and so far hasnt hit any of the floor.

Power - 3 - I cant feel quite a difference myself but people say its faster. I have to say i am not disappointed though.

Loudness - 5 - This sets off car alarms by just pulling away. This is loud! Now I like it that way because its not too loud on the inside but screams on the outside of the car. With the silencer in it sounds no louder that the stock exhaust really. I am serious! APEXi means business when they built that silencer! Oh and I forgot its not a ricey note at all. Very smooth.

what would be the best looking or fit on a sedan since it doesn't have the exhaust opening in the bumper like a coupe?

Espelir JGT 500

Fit: 5/5 - The Exhaust fits flawlessy, Comes with all gaskets, Clears my G5 rear lip
Power: 5/5?? - I drive an automtic civic with 18 inch wheels and a full system, Power isnt really I can feel. However, the piping is about 2.25 inches, and the bends are as smooth as butter. Im sure it makes some kind of power.
Sound 5/5 - Very Deep. Completely rattle and buzz free!!! Street legal 95db And even comes with silencer!

*Not many people have this exhaust!!! I highly recommend it. Its made by the same people that Make Volk Ray Wheels!!!!!!

TenRai. Full SS with 2.5" Piping. (Stock Cat with Megan Header)

Fit: 2 (Decent fit at first, but then needed to bend a hanger a bit so the catback wouldn't slap itself against the rear bumper. Ok now)

Power: 3 ( I'm not sure as I put on my CAI, Header and Catback simultaneously )

Sound: 5 (ok in the cities, but I need to take a Tylenol before going on the highways).

Apexi World Sport II SS muffler, Coated piping / 2.36 piping / 3.9 tip

Fit: 5 Perfect install, mounts very easily took approx. 1/2 hour to remove stock and put on new. Pics are below to see fit and finish.

Power: 3 There is def. a better pull especially when getting to 4500 RPMs and above. You can feel it pull a lot smoother too and there is less lag when shifting to get the power.

Loudness: 2 Perfect for me! It has a nice low rumble when its warmed up at idle, and cruising at 2000-4000 give a great low tone that is constant. No burble, whine, rattle, farting, etc. But at WOT it mixes great with the Intake noise so its a perfect match.

You can see the piping underneath kinda, light was bad, lots of clouds and stuff. But it really doesn't hang low at all. Fit was perfect.

OBX Type-H cat-back (GReddy EVO knock off)
Fit: 3 tip was a little too high, just need hangers lowered a bit, midpipe hangs too low though
Power: 2 too little to notice
Loudness: 3 its a nice tone

a lot of people are saying their exhausts arent "raspy, etc" but a lot of the time from inside the car you don't hear that. you have to let someone else drive your car and get on it to know what it really sounds like from the outside.

and come on lets be honest here, "sounds like a g35 exhaust" is a little ridiculous. a honda civic will never sound anything like a 350z/g35

greddy evo1

fit- 5 no modifications was needed.

power w/turbo- 3 somewhat power gains when turbo was on.

power wo/turbo- 2 dont feel any power gains at all

loudness- 1 very quiet sounds nice nothing raspy.

i would avoiid this exhaust for lowered cars. I scrape everywhere. Ive been using this exhaust for 2 whole years scraping left to right. One time, my cat converter fell apart so the exhaust hit the ground going 70mph. Made alot of sparks but exhaust ended up with scratches only. I would say quality and sound is good, but muffler tip is just way too big. THis exhaust literally scratches everywhere even with the skills to avoid scratching. And midpipe hangs quite too low.

anyone know if the angled apexi n1 would help when going into driveways?
