wow...i haven' read through the eighteen pages of this thread, but the idea of a decent upgrade that will actually do something for the d17 sounds appealing. a little more kick for the buck.
Yup sent them an email again yesterday...that was before I saw the post about this. What can I say--In the past year I got engaged, built a home, had my Z restored, and got married...I've been busy. Hoping and praying for the best.
Made props goes out to Kezay and TrueHonda.

nah...Just figured the more people that call they will make it that much faster/ try to make it even better.....we should have every one from this thread call so he sees the intrest
There seems to be a lot of interest in the parts that Crower is releasing but how many of us are actualy interested????? And secondly the ones of us who are interested, then we should call Brian and show our interest. How many of you guys are actually interested?
I see on lotsa websites that they have parts for 01-03 civics, I am assuming that 2004 is a completely different platform? or will most parts ( like coil overs, body kits etc) fit on my 2004 if it is marked as 01-03...the problem is sometimes i see 01+ and sometimes i see it limited...what's going on guys...i am real new to all of this and a proud new honda owner after years of owning american junk...so please break me off something!
my only question is how much better will the actual cams be since i already got the regrind? if it's more than a 10 hp difference then i might get it but since it probably won't i may not get a cam and i'm thinkin of gettin pistons and rods for a 100 shot. i know it's crazy but i wanna try it since i don't think anyone has yet
Hey Ive never installed a cam before.....How difficult is it?
Not too hard...you just have to degree it properly. For those who are more mechanically inclined it will be easier...but that goes without saying.
As for the interest in the parts--I started bugging Brian a long time ago about cams...and for the longest time all he ever told me was that I would have to do a regrind--regrinds are okay--there integrity is just not all that great...so trust me after alomst two years of sending him basically the same email three times a year I had better buy some parts just for giving him hell.
Once again thank you to TrueHonda and Kezay to having the nuts and know how to get this thing rolling.
