if i remember right.....before u do anything else....make sure u have the security code for your radio cuz u would next have to unhook the negative side of the battery.....remove the stock resonator and stuff, install intake.....hook on the negative terminal....ECU then resets itself from their and then if ur radio is locked....input code and waaaaa laaaa......vrooom vrooom time
to tell u the truth....u really dont have to unhook the battery terminal because the car will get used to it over time.....but its just quicker this way

Pull the ECU fuse or just disconnect your battery. Thing is if it's a cold air intake, chances are you removed or disconnected your batt anyway. Disconnect for a couple minutes then after intake install reconnect and let your car idle, without touching the accel pedal, for 10 minutes (seems kinda wasteful....can't it be shorter?).
If you don't reset the ECU it eventually learns to adjust the air/fuel mixture on its own anyway.
what security code for my radio, i dont know anything about that, plz explain more, where can i find it, why will i need it, when will i have to put it in, do i need it when i install my intake
Your dealer should have given you a little business size card that has your radio code. It's a security feature..... I think your car won't start unless the code is input (not sure though).

your radio won't start w/o the code, not the car....
your car will start fine w/o the radio code
if you lost your radio code, contact your dealer and they should be able to look it up for you, if they are not a**h***s like my dealer
Oh no no no, not that the car won't start, it WILL after the battery is hooked back up. But the radio is useless once you disconnect power unless you have the security code. It should be stuck in your little booklet that has your manual in it.
wow that is a dumb question. JK no break in period. check ur packet of manuals that u got wiht ur car it should be in there. otherwise call the dealer. u dont have to disconnect the battery since the intake isnt electrical. but it is recommended that u do disconnect it. jcap was incorrect when he thought the car wouldnt turn on with out the code. the car will turn on, u can drive it, but u cant turn on the stereo. if u dont have ur radio code DONT DISCONNECT THE BATTERY when u put ur intake on. hope this helps you our PM me if u have any more questions
