Angry Kit isnt right....

I got the Octane/Opium/R-33(or 34??) front from Aerotrends.... they are a great company, and have great prices, BUT - 3 things. the top of the grill, instead of being stright across, its kind of curved down... but thats OK... then, I guess it wasent ready for paint casue it was all rough and bubbly and stuff - PISSES ME OFF!!!! also, it is too wide by the headlights and now i have to get it custom fitted! oh and its PU!!! err... eh it still look good tho i guess.

has anyone else had these problems?????

also, i have the metal z3s, and now i just got the OEM sides and they dont fit right and Honda says its because the fenders are a bit too wide, or wider then stock.
anyone heard of that?

i dont know about the sides with the z3s, but im assuming your front is fiberglass, fiberglass sucks ass and rarely fits right.

Man, I had identical problems with my kit from aerotrends.com. Had to grind out a little spot by the corners of the headlights. Had to Duraglass the holes. The part that kinda hangs down we cut out and replaced it with the honda factory grill piece. Also, hope you are making some kind of bracket to hold the front and back bumper in place...The four screws (2 under the hood & 2 in the tire well) isn't enough if you drive fast. If you need pix I can take some and post them here. I have my front bumper off because we are painting the whole car again.
