I'm a little confused as to your directions. What should I actually do with this ?? Sorry just seems more informative than grounds and steps for troubleshooting.

I believe he's saying you should be testing from the OBD II port under the steering wheel pin 16 for 12v power and pins 4 and 5 for ground and continuity between pin7 and A21 at the ECU with something like a multimeter

It wasn't really any directions, it was information.

still no communication from OBD port
How you use the information is up to you.
