Unhappy 06 LX front speakers dead?

Hey guys,

The front speakers in my 2006 Civivc LX just quit working one day, and it is a standard factory 4 speaker setup. Is there a fuse that provides power to these separately from the rear? I can't find anything that looks like it would in the manual, but perhaps I am missing something.

Did you touch the fader by accident? Speakers do not have their own fuse. Might be a radio problem. I would get an aftermarket radio, much cheaper than a honda radio.

I normally kept the fader setting to "central" or "C" and now when I try to fade it at all to the front, I get no sound. I can fade totally to the rear and it is fine, and of course the rear still plays when centered.

Might be a headunit problem, if you can pull the unit and make sure the stock wire harness is all the way in? Just might be somthing wrong with the stock deck. If it was one speaker then I would say pull the speaker and check the wiring, but 2 speakers then prob not.

It's really not, they're sold in pairs and they include the adapter harnesses and spacers (if needed)
