Got 17" Lexus wheels, stock wheel studs ok?

I got a nice set of 17" Lexus wheels for my Civic to run summer rubber. I know I need to pick up new lug nuts, but I'm not sure if the stock studs are long enough?

Anyone know off the top of their heads? The stock thread is M12x1.5, correct?

Best way to figure it out is to try and install them. Should be fine though. Hopefully you don't run into any other issues with the rims not fitting though.

Did some measurements. The stock studs should work. I didn't want to have all 4 wheels off and find out I need to run to autozone for parts =/

Re: Got 17" Lexus wheels, stock wheel studs ok?

Ok. Ran into an issue. Need help!

The hub diameter on the Honda is 2.5", but the inner diameter of the wheels start at 2.5" but taper to 2.375". This is keeping the honda drum hub from going into the wheel. I tried to give the drum hub a slight chamfer, but it isn't close to helping. Looks like I'd need a 1/4" or so thick spacer and longer studs. I don't want to do that though.

Any ideas? I spend $1200 for the wheels and fresh rubber. I'd HATE to have to try and sell these.

EDIT: Ok, did some research. Honda hub centric is 64.1mm and Lexus is 60.1mm. I wish the f'ing guy on eBay knew about hub centric. S.W.A.T. Motorsports on eBay... you'd think he'd know about that when all he sells on ebay is wheels...

Anyways. Looks like I'll just have to sell them and get wheels with 64.1 hub centric....bah.

I think you need hubcentric rings but I'm not totally positive if that will fix it. Good luck finding them too. It might not work though... hmm.
