Rep Power: 0 Strange sound coming from car, mechanic unable to find the problem
I am attaching the file of the sound, just listen from 1.30 minutes onward as sound is more prominent after that time. Previously mechanic changed the rotor with which he had to change the brakes too, after that this sound appeared. Today he changed the inner and outer tie rods but sound is still there. Sound is more when car is running at low speed and I apply brakes slowly. When car is at little high speed and I have to apply brakes little hard, no sound is produced. thanks for the help

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Video would be nice so we can see what's going on.
Slide pins need lubed on at least one of the calipers?

Was grease applied to back of the pads? Slide pins are important to do also. If it happens when the brake is pressed I would say its brake related.
