Rep Power: 0 Broken Nuts Problem
I have a 2007 Honda Civic EX Coupe. I recently reached
100,000 miles. My engine started misfiring so I needed to
replace the spark plugs. When I was tightening the nuts
back on I broke two of them off. Can anyone tell me if this
will cause serious problems or how to fix it?

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one
Re: Broken Nuts Problem
Those are tiny little pieces of hardware, you can't be all Magilla Gorilla on them!
The coils must be kept securely seated, they cannot be allowed to raise up.
See if you can unscrew the broken studs from the head, then improvise a long stud with maybe some nuts and washers acting as spacers, so you can securely reattach the coils..
