Rep Power: 0 07 LX slow coolant leak
For the past few months I've had a really slow coolant leak on my 07 with 106k miles. At 100k i flushed the system and inspected it, then filled it up according to specs and put some stop leak in there. Every few weeks I have to add more coolant because it keeps disappearing, there are no obvious visual leaks, but from time to time I do smell coolant in the cabin. I already checked the hoses, the drain plug, and all of the other obvious common problems but can't find the leak. Any help and advice is greatly appreciated. This is continuing even AFTER putting stop leak in the cooling system, which has always solved problems with small leaks in other vehicles for me

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one
Re: 07 LX slow coolant leak
Look under the water pump. (I have really only seen a couple of leaking pumps here.)
Look at the front of the engine block
See if it is running down the front of the block.
See if it is going into the oil.
A quick search for cracked block turns up these threads, some have handy pictures too:

Check into the warranty extension on the cracked block (covered for 8 years/unlimited mileage).
