Question serpentine belt tensioner bolt

I am working on a friends 2007 xl, 1.6 ltr civic. I am trying to swap water pumps. To make a long story short, had trouble removing the belt tensioner bolt, had to cut it off. The problem im having is i cant drill out the bolt, seams to be a grade 8 bolt. drilling is slow, any ideas? thankx mark2w1

You didn't like my reply to your other post?

Is this a North American car?
We don't have XL or 1.6 in that.

1.8 liter R engine?
LX?
