i have a 1993 lx 5-speed stick with 91,000 miles and it is in great shape as i know it. I bought it 7 months ago and didnt have any problems untill 1 month ago my head gasket went but now its fixed and new tires and everything. I baby this car and NEED it to last me at least 3-4 more years.

My question for everyone is, when should i be changing my fluids? Im 17 and dont know too much about fluids but in my manual it says to change my trans oil at 90k and now im at 91k...

i heard its bad to change the trans fluid because it can mess your trans up. Should i change my trans fluid? or have it flushed? or is that the same? im not sure when it was done last sincei bought the car with 86k miles on it. please indicate when i should change the trans fluid and also other fluids such as clutch fluid, brake fluid, coolant and stuff like that. i change my oil every 3k miles.
