2008 civic

Hi everyone, I just wanted to see if anyone else is having this problem, for the past maybe 3 or 4 months once in a while when I was taking off in first gear there would be a little rumble kind of like it was going to stall even if i was giving it enough gas. Then last week I was trying to go from 3rd into second and it felt like there was a block of some sort that I couldn't go to second I jiggled it a bit and then it went in. Now everytime im taking off in 1st gear I get the rumble, car has 70k on it and I have been driving standard for 10+ years, not riding the clutch, when im at red light i dont have it in gear. Anyone know what the problem is is it clutch? tranny? any help would be great
