2002 civic lx serpenten high pitch noise

hello, i have a 2002 civic lx that have a high pitch noise coming from the serpenten belts. every time i start the car it makes that high pitch noise, but as soon as i rub the gas pedal it goes away and sometimes it comes back. i replace the power steering serpenten and tightened it, it is still makes that noise. does any one out there had this problem before? any info would be much appreciated. take of one belt at a time and start your car to see if the sound is still there probably bad bearings inside of alternator or ac compressor or something.
