selling a 100% original SIR (not converted) for $1800 OBO, selling as-is

Looking for someone to love this car as I have moved on to get a vehicle more suited for my lifestyle and carry a car seat.

Car is currently parked in my garage and not driven, but started every few days. No plates on the car.

I am an honest seller and here's the list of needs for the car(my description for "as is")

Major Needs:

• shocks all around
• brakes (rotors/pads)
• ball joints all around
• wheel bearings
• tires

Minor needs:

• re-spray body (one small rust spot on rear 1/4 panel, one curb rub on other 1/4 panel, which i bought the car like that)
• driver-side door handle (broke off during ice storm)
• oil pan bolt (current one is a bit threaded and has a very slow drip)
• washer fluid resevoir
• horn
• cruise control not working
• SiR emblem was recently stolen

List of my additions/habits/facts:

• - Motor and tranny are in excellent condition
• - 2 month old Excide premium battery
• - K&N CAI
• - 2.5" stainless steel exhaust pipe from (recently changed) catylitic converter
• OEM Acura RSX muffler
• 2 month old windsheild
• water pump and timing belt changed in 2013
• synthetic oil used since owning the car, changed every 5K, topped up every 3K (if you know civics, they burn oil)
• premium gas used, primarily Shell V-Power
• SiR OEM springs on the car
• HID headlight kit
• driven 19K-20K per year. bought the car with 122K on it
• comes with winter tires (195/65/15)
• non-smoker
• didn't race the vehicle

Recent front end accident (collision at less than 10km/h, but enough to require front end body parts to be replaced) no structural damage. body parts are aftermarket and headlights are OEM.
