Hey there! This is my first post. I wanted to get some people's opinion on this car, and see what you guys though about it. One of my buddies is selling it, and I'm thinking about buying it. Let me know if it's even worth buying. Just because the description he gave me is a little confusing, it seems like he has a B20 head, and B16 bottom end. This worries me a bit.... Anywho here is the description...
Its a 1999 Honda Civic Si-Turbo with 57,500 original miles. Car is currently making 285WHP @ 14psi/236WTQ! It has a clean title, runs and drives awesome!. It needs nothing and will get attention and appreciation wherever you go in it. The car has never seen a winter in its whole life and doesnt have any rust or dents on the car anywhere. It is modified and makes lots of power, although I rarely ever abused it. Major MODS of the car include: Greddy 18G turbo kit,Greddy Front Mount Intercooler, mild built B20B/B16 2.0 Liter VTEC motor. All of the motor has 57,000 on it. Motor build includes Forged Arias Pistons/Rings/Eagle Rods, Integra Type R cams, Skunk2 cam gears/titanium valve springs/retainers. Also features a walbro 255lph fuel pump/AEM fuel rail/Fuel FPR with FPR gauge/and new RC 750cc injectors. Car was repainted Nissan 350Z nogaro blue and looks beautiful. Wheels are 3 piece forged 18'' 5Zigen Heidfelds-a very very rare wheel out of production and are mint shape with new tires on them. AEM over sized front and rear rotors Koni adj. struts with ground control coil over springs and DC sports tie bars front rear and upper and lower. Handles great. Front fenders are rolled and rears are cut to fit 18's lowered. HAs a OEM rear lip kit with Chargespeed side skirts and a VIS front bumper. 5% tin windows. Also has 6K HIDS in Civic Type R replica headlights. Sparco racing seats inside with color matched rear seats as well. Nothing was over looked when this car was built.

i think he means a b20 block and a b16 head. B20 block to increase the displacement from 1.8L to 2.0L. No reason to switch to a b20 head since it doesnt flow as well as a b16 head.

You're right, bud. Gave the guy a call, I was kinda confused...YES, it is a B20 BLOCK and a B16 HEAD. Thanks for the info, I didn't know what the differences between the B20 and and B16 head were
