I need to sale my car beacuse i have to buy a house very soon, i need money for the down payment. Its is a 2001 Civic coupe.

I have put about 7000 miles since the swap. the car is fast i did 13.4 on street tires, 12.89 on slicks.
The bad things
The speedo is not working yet( have to get the converter box for electronic signal)
There is four holes on the trunk lid because i took the wing off.
there is paint chips on the front lip and some sraches from daily driving.
I took these pics about 5 months ago, ill take more pic soon
It dyno tunned at 225 whp 168ft tq on a dyno jet, Im asking for 12,000.
