D16ZC DOHC engine swap + Y8 tranny

Bought this off a friend to drop in my civic but due to unexpected needed finances, I'll have to sell the motor. Comes with the Y8 tranny if wanted.

Comes with supertech titanium retainers and dual springs for it.

Here's what's been done to it by previous owner.

Over bored 20 thou by Heads Unlimited
75.5mm Supertech D16Z6 10.5:1 forged polished flat top pistons
Supertech piston rings
D16 Scat forged H beam rods
ARP 2000 rod bolts

D16A6 Honda thrust washer bearings
Ported P29 oil pump
75.5mm Cometic MLS .030" compressed
0.088" milled off head
ARP DOHC ZC headstuds kit by Gregg at GO-AUTOWOKS
Mirror polished combustion chambers
Ported intake
Ported and mirror polished exhaust
Supertech 0.5mm oversized valves, polished valve heads: 30.5mm IN 27.5mm EX. w/ supertech valve seals
"performance" valve grind by heads unlimited
New valve guides trimmed by heads unlimited
LS B18 60mm throttle body bored, de burred, and mirror polished
Intake manifold port matched and mildly polished to 60mm
Hondata intake manifold gasket
D-series 4-1 alphawerks stainless steel header port matched and mirror polished to zc ports
D16y8 Crankpulley
Hondata S300
Tri Flow II regrinds from Geoff at Colt Cams
◦ Prim INT: 278* ADV duration / 198* @ 0.050 .430 lift
◦ Sec INT: 264* ADV duration / 192* @ 0.050 .420
◦ EX: 276* ADV duration / 196* @ 0.050 .405 lift

Ready for boosted but wasn't previously boosted.

Needs one valve, valve guide, valve grind to be done and a head gasket. Head gasket was not blown, it will need to be replaced when taking the head off. Motor has been out of car and covered for over a year.

This is pretty much all the info I know on it. Never had a chance to work on it or get it dropped in the car.

Paid $1600 not including tyranny, asking $1400 OBO

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one
