Rep Power: 278 carbonrevo, I cannot answer your questions EXACTLY. The engine has 9700 miles on it. I do not believe that anything happened to it, or the tranny. The car got hit behind the driver door. The front bumper was caught by a fence, which tore and dragged it, but did no real damage to the front. If the back wheel were ok, it would drive. But the frame IS bent.
We took a $30,000 dollar loss because "someone" decided to NOT have full insurance. I am not going to pay even more money to haul it around for some mechanic to look at this and that.
All I CAN tell you is that I worked as a mechanic for some years. I also restored and rebuilt cars. I believe the drive train is Ok, it starts right up, nothing is leaking, and the gears all shift. But that does not mean that there cannot be a hidden problem that cannot be seen by inspection. That's realistic. I strongly invite anyone to come and take a good look at everything if you seriously want the car. In my personal opinion it is NOT rebuildable, as far as the body goes, but then again, I'm not a body man.
I don't know what else to tell you guys. Either take a chance, in good faith, or come and look at every inch of it. You're certainly welcome to do just that. I can get some more pictures up, if you want.

Rep Power: 0 okay thank you for your honesty, $5000 is the really good price, how about if I decide to purchase this vehicle main for engine swap, which throw the body away anyway. However I can't fly to ca gonna have it shipped to texas zip code 77036 need you to find out exact shipping and also need local professional inspector to fully inspect the engine before I make a purchase. Can you find out the rates for those and I will make my decision whether if it is worth or not, because I have engine alone offer at 3k shipped.

Rep Power: 278 Take the engine for 3k. Honestly, I don't have time for this. I really need someone local to just deal with this. And I am NOT putting any more money into this. This car is good for someone that has a place to take it apart, and sell the other parts he doesn't need. There's still a lot of good stuff in the car, but for people that ONLY need an engine, go buy an engine. Here you get JIC coilovers, brakes, seats, parts.... whatever. And trash the rest.

Rep Power: 278 Sorry, I'm not working anything out. I need this thing gone. $4800 cash, or cashiers check and a flatbed truck takes it. Period. I AM NOT STRIPPING IT!!!!! IT IS COMPLETE, including the service manual, and a full set of JIC coilovers. Yes, I can get more for it if I part it out. NO, I DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO DO THIS OR THE SPACE!
Geez.... folks....please read the entire post. I never thought it could be so much of a hassle to sell a parts car. I'll have someone put it on ebay in a few days.
