The original wire harness for the srs does come with it. If you are talking about the 4 point harness, I will throw them in if the buyer wants

Do I need anything else to fit them in 2004 civic ex coupe?
are they just bolt in? how about if my car comes with srs?

Hey also since it fit ur Civic Em2, it should fit my 2004 Em2 without any trouble right?
also these EP3 seats dont come with Air bags right?

they still have the ep3 seat rails unmodified on them... if you do not swap the rails, only three of the four bolt holes line up... you can take off the seat rails off the stock seats and swap them to the ep3 seats so they all line up fine... here is a link of it
