u wouldnt have the stock downpipe/cat? if not, its no biggy just wondering.

Yeah I have the stock downpipe/cat but i'm currently using it. It'll probably be on sale in lil over a month or 2. But The stock header probably has the most 60k miles, if not less. And nothing wrong with it. I'll be at UIUC on March 6th if you can meet up then. PM your number so i can reach you better
how much did it cost you to the the conversion to manual?
About $900, I have a Type S 5speed shifter ($55 shipped) and a RSX Type S Manual Cluster ($85 shipped) for sale if you're thinking of swapping. The Shifter is a direct bolt on w/out any modifications and the Type S Cluster is just some trimming in the bezel to make it fit.

No because i couldnt find my other stock ones. If you have a pair of '01-03 stock ones and ship it to me first then i'll ship out these. it'll be a straight up trade. you just have to pay for shipping sending me yours and pay for me to ship it to you.
