Yeah, pretty much Edwin. This last bout of "everything is right, it still won't fucking start" was the straw that broke my back. There was still a grip of work to be done on the car even if it was running - bodywork, paint, AC, etc... and it just wasn't fun anymore. I figure a part-out during tax season was a wise decision.
