on the 01-03 they will require NO modification. bolts right on. these will work with cf hoods cuz nrg sells 2 different versions. one for lightweight hoods and one for stock hoods. my version is for lightweight hoods. i had these on my cf hood. i got paypal or ill accept a money order.
