Yup, the cat has the o2 bung. It's a legal high flow cat, not an illegal cat-less downpipe. It shouldn't throw and CEL or codes, it's supposed to be the same as your current cat just with higher CFM.

how long was the cat used for?

I purchased used (unknown miles - but I believe it was under 50k) - I never installed - it's sat in my closet for a couple of months... now I'm selling for quite a bit under what I paid for it.. my loss your gain.
