one more question. is there a difference i nthe gearing between an LX trans and a EX trans? i have an EX one now and want longer gears. i know with previous models of civic the LX ones were longer. just wondering if thats still the way.

seriously im just trying to make this as painless as possible and I have a lot of cash tied up in this car that is easier to recoupe. The turbo is something that I really dont need its more of an i want type of thing so its easier to give up.

And as for the tranny gears, yes, there are still different ratios in the EX and LX transmissions.
