i think you might need to research this more. the install is quite difficult. you have to cut a hole and mount the projectors into your headlight. then the bulbs go in the projector and ballasts power the bulbs with an upgrade wire harness.
now you could also use just the bulbs and ballasts and put them in your stock headlight using these shields if you have 01-03 civic. they fit H4 bulb hole and the D2S bulb goes behind it. then you just need to wire the ballasts to power them and you wouldnt need the projectors.
okay heres the deal, i am currently working on sealing the ballasts and cleaning them up. i also have a pair of d2s to H4 adapters, but the bulbs have some silicone on them and dont fit in perfect. but i can sell you the ballasts and the adapters, then you just need a harness from suvlights.com to hook it up properly and some new d2s bulbs. hidplanet.com always has used bulbs for pretty cheap so you could check there.
i can do $150 shipped for both d2s ballasts and both adapters. if you want to try and clean up the silicone on the bulbs i have ill throw those in for $50 more. they are fairly new bulb but you just need to scrape off the silicone residue on the base.
ya thats actually a good deal and some nice hardware and it even looks good unlike alot of others in oem housing. the only problem with those is the overlapping beam of one of em, its not a huge deal but they arent perfect. and i dont think its something related with aiming, its just the way they were installed.
