i installed mine with the rsx type s sway bar (19mm) and there's noise coming out now... what's wrong?

Some noise is normal. Excessive noise might mean incorrect installation. These endlinks clank when hitting bumps in rapid succession. This is normal and non-damaging in any way. This is caused by the type of joint and not by exceeding the play. There is enough play there to allow a lift of 5+ inches and a lowering of 5+ inches (which won't happen even when bottoming out).
