01-03 will need to rewire some wires so it will work.04-05 plug n play only

yea, but it's very easy rewire, cause before I was used it on my 97 civic, it's working perfect. of course I did a lot of rewire to make it work.

Nope sorry, will not be plug and play for VP. I use to have one and had to a conversion. Just move the wires around. THe plug will fit but they will be in the wrong location. You will need to move the wires around.

i would probably get it if i know where i can flash the actual original mileages from the ecu to the new cluster

no problem, the mileages on this cluster you can flash it at your honda dealer, if you put this on your car, they will help you on that.
