wtf, mate? $25,000 for a civic ain't gonna happen. And how is that "fully built?" My definition of "fully built" is at least some internal work done (P&P, rods, pistons, something other than I/H/E) and like...race spec suspension. You have lowering springs.
hahah, are you trying to get exactly what you paid for all that stuff....you are crazy....you havent done anything different to your car than anyone else on this site...try ebay man, we here are smart people

Dude, $25,000? For a Civic? How many best of shows has it won. How many big shows has it placed in? You'll be lucky to get 11-13 grand for it, and I don't even know the year, model, and mileage. You kids have to learn that you'll never get what you invest in it. Besides the fact that there are minimal mods done to it, and some of them are crap/rice parts. The system is cheapy. My advice, if you want to get more than what you would normally for it? Part it out. You'd get some of your money back from the parts, but don't expect to get much more than 50-75% of retail for them, taking into consideration the condition. Besides the fact that it's a Civic, which millions of them are available. Hell, a member here had his on Ebay a while back with K20 swap and started the bidding at like $9000. Understand that cars are always going to decrease in value. A Civic isn't a classic, but an economy car, so there's nothing unique about them, there aren't limited numbers of them available, etc. Face it, you're gonna take a loss on it.
