Yes, garage door is up. Im hunting 12 foot lift cables and latches today. One of the cables that came with the door broke. The door is shut, and I cant get it up. Its a 16 foot door, so its HEAVY. Thought it cut my dads finger off when it snapped, it didnt, but it cut him pretty good. better him then me. LOL. Later.........
I feel bad for EVERYONE here who is waiting for their shyt. . . i know you have stumbled on some trouble, but you took orders, ie money. you therefore OWE your customers either their products within a REASONABLE time frame or their money back. You are lucky you have not been take to court by anyone.

Its a bad enough situation without coming in here posting your opinions. You didnt buy anything, so why dont you mind your business.
I have the right to show EMPATHY - hell I AM a psychologist - I feel BAD for all the people who are waiting for their stuff. Yes, THEIR stuff THEY paid YOU for. An email or weekly update is not too much to ask. Right now you have their money and their product, hmmmm.... am I wrong.?
