I am converting to TYC projectors, so I have no need for my Philips 4,700 HID bulbs. These are true high intensity discharge bulbs, and require electronic control gear (ballasts) to operate. They are in perfect condition, and feature a built-on shield to prevent glare. Used for a year. Make me an offer. These are genuine PHILIPS bulbs and are of the HIGHEST quality for HID bulbs. BULBS ONLY!
