About a month ago my fan system went out and now that winter is here i really need to get it going so i can use the defrost. The fan went out after driving on a lot of dirt roads so at first i thought it was just a loose wire. Also it didn't stop working all at one, at first it would turn on at full blast every once in a while and the rear defrost would turn on also. But now nothing works or lights up. I have looked around a lot and i did find a green and blue wire that are cut near the computer(pictured below) there is also a cut ground wire but it doesn't look like it has been used in a while. I checked all the switches and they all look fine and i don't know how or if i can check the relay.
My car is a 1999 Honda Civic DX. If anyone could help that would be great, because i really want to try and avoid taking it to a shop(im a poor college student ).
