I don't have the schematics in front of me, but you'd have to give the fog light relay a constant power or ground to the coil so that when you press the switch, it will come on. the problem with this is that it's easy to leave them on and kill your battery (done it before). so i have my fogs hooked up to trigger off the parking lights. that way, if i leave them on, the warning buzzer for the lights will remind me to turn them off.
