ek9 civic cx oem speaker size??

I have a 99 civic cx and I want to upgrade the tunes in my ride but i dont know what size the front and rear speakers are... owners manual is crap and doesnt say anything about it. anyone have any idea what size they are?

and suggestions on the type i should get? i dont want to shake the walls or anything like that i just want it to be crisp and clean with some nice bass
