02 civic a/c comp,door locks,dome light,hdlt warning stopped working

I have 2002 civic. The a/c compressor will not engage,the dome light will not come on when you open the door, the power door locks don't work, the headlight warning doesn't sound when you stop the car and open the door with your headlights still on. The brake light is also on (on dash).
This all happened after the car had been driven and everything worked fine.We got back in the car and found all these problems. Is there a mutiplex control module that can cause all this?
I read a post like this but couldn't find an answer.

look in your manual somewhere, or google it i guess, there should be a few pages that tell you the fuses to everything, ex. a/c might be fuse 3 in the diagram and you may have to make a trip to a auto store or really any place that has fuses, and pick up the right amps etc, and the brake one can be on if its pulled up not even really engaged just moved., but sounds like bad fuses, you can test em too.
