Talking Kicker L5 or L7

HELLO,i'm a noob here

i have a Asian Honda sedan based on the Honda Fit hatchback called the honda city which is available in asia only

i 'm looking to go in for a Sub woofer i've decided on Kicker either an 8" L5 or 8" L7 or 12" L5

the 8" can be put under the rear seat, while the 12" L5 kicker would go into the boot.

which would be a better install the single 8" under the rear seat inside the cabin or the 12 inch

the 8" is cos i have limited space and the enclosure shape would be very irregular made of MDF

this is a possible encclosure i can build under my rearseat
ii have hardly abt 11 inches in height and 30 inches in widht depth of abt 9-19 inches

something similar to this

will fixing an L7 8" under the seat be ok better than an 12" L5?

help me please

Re: Kicker L5 or L7

I would totally go for the L7 8". I have an comp VR 8" in my 2000 EX. It sounds great. very responsive. If you like the loud booming sound then go for the 12". but If you want the responsive tight sound go for the 8" It is not as loud but i prefer them.
