Ancient... No Power anything!!

How do you install power windows and automated side mirrors? I have a 99 CX HB and I wanna get them installed mostly because Im lazy and dont wanna reach across the car to roll down my window or adjust my mirror while im driving. plus its dangerous lol. I dont have a clue where to start besides buying parts (which im not really sure what you buy).

Also the hydraulics are messed up on the back and it wont hold itself up... really frustrating i heard it was an easy fix but im not great with cars at all.
