90 sedan auto mounted brake light

The mounted brake light on my 1990 Civic Sedan auto won't work . Took it to a mechanic and he tried to replace the LEDs, didn't fix the problem. Got to be the wiring I think. Any other suggestions? Does anyone have a wiring diagram for that? thanks! To remove this ad, register today for free or log in if already registered!

Thanks for the response. Could you please explain how to check the power at the connector and the fuse? I know the general location of the fuse box, but unsure which fuse switch is responsible for the mounted brake light. Thanks in advance!
