Angel problem

I got one of those halo projector light (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00..._ya_oh_product) and one of my angel eye started to blink (just the ring part). It's been about 6 months since the install - any idea how I can fix this?? Could it be a defect since only one of them started to fail?

the led lights used are low quality and not wired properly. you will need to remove the headlamp, open it up, and change the led bulbs inside with higher quality units wired for 14.5v instead of 12v so they are not overpowered.
