Where is the cigarette lighter fuse located on 2004 Honda Civic Coupe?

Drivers side, If you take the bolt at bottom out the box can drop down.

Have a DMM or a 12 Volt test light available ??

I would check for voltage at the socket and at the fuse mentioned for starters.

Try to check the connection of wires. Maybe it is the reason also.
