2003 instrument panel reseting when car turned off: [SOLVED]
I had this problem with my instrument panel going back to odometer readings every time I turned the ignition off. I was also having problems where my car alarm would unlock doors fine, but wouldn't lock them. My car is a hybrid so the IMA light also went on.
It turns out the culprit was ol' fuse #9 the 10 amp fuse located in the compartment under the hood.
I just thought I would post this in case someone else is having the same symptoms and can't figure out the solution.
