Hello all I'm new to this forum and Civics, so I'll jump right in with my issue

I own a 02 Civic with an engine light on....... I ran a scan and the code came up P1607.....EGM/PGM Internal circuit failure A.

So i guess my questions is...Does this mean my ECU is done????? If not great what is the real problem? If it is what are my steps and costs?

Thanks for any and all help with this stuff.
