In my moms 2001 civic lx every once in a while when car is started there is a noise coming from behind the glove box i found out it is the light relay. I replaced it but same thing, but if i turn the lights on the noise goes away. Also when the lights are off the right side light is very very dim. but left is great. Any one know what it could be?
