System Help

Hey you guys. I plan on buying a system within the upcoming months. I'm going with Boston Acoustic speakers. 2 Subs (don't know size or company yet, more research to be done) amp of course. BUT, i'm kinda stuck with the whole deck crap. I want a screen. But I don't really want a flip up. But I've been looking around trying to find a 7 inch screen (not motorized by deck) to just replace the stock unit + storage compartment under the stock unit. Is it possible to even do this? Or am I thinking of a "carputer" which would probably be out of my price range. I may not have explained this clearly lol but hopefully you understand what i'm talking about. Thanks

I know some people on the forum have a screen setup like the one your describing. I think you just need a double DIN player and a kit to make it work.
